The silence..
sometimes, its golden.. sometimes...

what can I say? or has enough been said already?
that's surely not the case.. the path still continues into the horizon
and that gives rise to opportunities...for cohesion and dialogue
at whatever level that is comfortable.

things may or may not turn out as planned
oh well.. patience..its a virtue eh?
communication is key..
and aye... the tarry for its re-establishment

Of self and conversations with said self..

and so it didnt happen. look up and deal with it yo..!
its a nagging feeling..but as always, everything happens (or doesn't happen) for a reason.
thanx to you', 'tcher and buv for the support and concern :) appreciate.
there's still time..but its no reason to get complacent
now why do i read into things so much...
as someone once put it - 'exceptional insight' : gift or curse?
its all bout me havin a way with words and the words havin a way with me..
when care is shown at too high a level, overreaction comes into play..
oh shit ed.. standing tall only to crumble and fall?
nah...don't think its that bad..
Its only a small deviation from the orig. print.
everything's still pretty much on track =)
till the day, i'll stick to my happy tune
for the smile is gonna help me appreciate the sunshine OR weather the storm
and i'll stay true...ya, truth is good =D
ok, cheer up alr man.. *looks at 2 outstanding assignments & upcoming exam and smiles*
and hey... the beauty of it all is simply astounding..im really cherishing every moment of it...
thank you..honestly..

Boredom and inability to express oneself...kinda begets nonsense :/

The next time you:

See a mosquito, say 'You sucker!'
Go to a wet/supermarket, say 'Something smells fishy..hmm'
Feel really desperate and lonely, Go to M.Jackson and say 'Ermm, i'm a child at heart?!'
See a barbie doll, say 'I think she's into plastic'
See a photo, draw a graph..till it looks like a 'photograph'
See a stand up comedian, 'sit' him down for a chat
Visit the graveyard, notice the 'cold shoulder' treatment u r receiving
Meet a werewolf, ask it what it is now since it 'were-a-wolf' before
See a stick on the ground, touch it to see if its 'sticky'
See a bald guy, ask him about his bad hair days
Receive a free gift, ask urself why its called 'free' when its supposed to be a gift
Meet an oriental man, ask him if he can become disORIENTED
Use olive/sunflower/whatever oil, ask urself where baby oil comes from
and
See me, pls be nice and try not to kill me :D

Its official.. I experienced my very 1st earthquake tremor today! Imust say it was a good mix of excitement and oddness.. Here's the scenario: Supervisor and I are busy typing away in our office, which happens to be situated inside an old building (formerly a police HQ of sorts), which also HAPPENS to be built on sloping ground.. when suddenly the ground moves.. It's a really odd feeling cos u don't know if it juz you or if the ground REALLY IS VIBRATING! lol..
So i turn to my supervisor and stare at her with a puzzled look...and she returns the look..then, as if on cue, we both look up at the lights hanging frm the ceiling and waddaya know?! THEY WERE SWAYING!!
And wat did we do next? Continue to soak up the atmosphere of course! lol... we juz sat there and talked bout the tremors and the poor countries tt were taking the brunt of the force & tsunamis AND what not la... Then suddenly our operations manager (OM) comes running to us to confirm tt she's not losing it as well and to check if others felt it too! Hahaha! So the three of us chat even more now..with lights swaying overhead, for effect.. when the OM receives a call askin her what the hell her dept was still doin inside the office when half the occupants of the building were alr gathering on the first floor (like good, obedient singaporeans...awww.) :D
But hey, my defense was, the SCDF conducts fire drills, NOT quake drills...so ignorance is bliss..in other words, I 'didnt know' I had to run down...in OTHER words, lazy la! The office seemed a lot more dangerous..and a lot more fun :D hahha! :D
So yeah..there u have it.. my first quake..of sorts.. but on a more serious note..as my supervisor and I were discussing earlier, wats up with 3/4 quakes in a matter of hours? Ok, maybe they were aftershocks..but still, this strong??
I really dunno how the pple in danger zones like Indon, Sri lanka, India and Japan are gonna take it if the tsunami warnings ring true man... lets hope, and pray it doesnt. I mean a small display of nature's power is alr sooooo moving (pun intended)..I cant imagine wat her full-blown fury would feel like. Actually, there was some damage done to the building too.. the glass doors at the main entrance are now nothing more than shiny bits on the floor...aye.
Well, that's about it for now... will report back if anything crops up again :D Its lunch time now..i hope we dun get hit with another tremor..we dun want our plates to start flying now, do we?

It's lunch time now and im all alone in the office...supervisor's out and i dun have work to do... Sounds great huh? NOt at all...somhow, the boredom is gettin to me.. and blogging juz seems sooo wrong now :P Ah wells... check it out, its alr Sept..like WTH?! ok, time flies..big time.. guess i gotta try make the best of it while it lasts... Ok, im ranting..

Moving on, lets see wat I have, comin up in the next few months - Assignments & exams (WEEEE!), birthdays, ABILITY TO DRIVE WITHOUT THE P-PLATE!!, Sis' return from Aust, Christmas, New year's. Tts all tt I can think of right now :D
Wait..there's also the end of my course at APMI...dang...its real sad cos im truly enjoyin my time there..come Jan, its gonna end and wat comes after tt? I know.. but I dont know.. if u get wat i mean. oh well..
