I Know...
Yeah, it sure has been a while..i know. But hey, I have my reasons as to why I havent come by this way to blog.. Besides the fact tt I didnt have much time and was pretty occupied with a number of things tt were goin on, I was actually at a point where there were a lot of things tt I could blog abt..juz tt it was a bit too much... too much to type.. and mainly a lil too much to talk 'bout.
I dunno la...a lot has been happening and i guess tt the 'details' are better left unsaid :- recent 'highlights' in my life have been, in random order, - School's in and its been a blast thus far... Pple have come into, and gone from, my life... Emo-ness seems to be creeping in again... I bought my 1st fishing rod... I went fishing :D ..... Was blessed with the responsibility of being co - i/c of youth camp 07.... screwed up big time on a certain issue and ended up with more damage than i could've imagined... strengthened friendships with some people (and windmills).... And most of all, I somehow feel like I'm still standing, as in I didnt fall into this dark pit of sorts, like I used to..and I'm proud of tt. Juz really glad tt I didn't let go of God during this trying time.
Y'noe, the phrase 'Put God 1st..in all you do' does sound cliche and I guess has kinda lost its meaning for some of us...I think abt tt phrase a lot and recently I was made aware of the fact tt it's actually someting tts VERY do-able. Yeah, guess tts sounds familiar too.. but I dunno.. If we really TRY to ask Him how we should live our lives and do things tt would please Him. With what's been happening recently, another thing tt i've seen is tt its not always easy..no matter what your faith-level.
But still, at the end of the day, it's gonna be worth all the pain & sacrifices...cos you did the right thing in putting your faith in Him.. cos He's the one person who's really got ur back.. who's really got it covered..been there, done that.. and best of all, been there WAY BEFORE you got there.
-how much would you do for a friend? what does it mean to be a friend? We all know tt Christ is our friend.. juz how much of Christ are we to others? -
I dunno if my words came out right.. but this is pretty much what's goin on inside me. Forgive the emo-ness ;) Blah... I need to go fishing again.. for real fish, not ikan Bilis, Pam.. (aka Pam-pers, Pam-da bear, pam-pam *sung in a tellytubby tone*) So, anyone wanna go fishing?!! Juz let me know.. I kinda have the next 2 weeks free :D
