Suddenly got reminded of a certain line from the movie 'Love Actually'..at the start of the show, the narrator states '...love actually, is all aroud us'. How true. Now the song 'love is all around' comes to mind..well, yeah, its everywhere, in everyone. Its juz that i dunno how many of us actually wanna let it show...let it out of ourselves, and for the right reasons. We all need affirmation from time to time la...and i guess it'll do no harm if we juz let someone/something ;) know tt they're appreciated/loved every now & then. It brings pple together..spurs them on to carry on doin what they are doing..so lets not hold back on it too much ya? :D And when it comes to affirming pple, no one does it better than God himself. Take this weekend's cookie sales for example.. we made a massive profit which went way above our expectations!! 3 cheers for that man! It was as though He was giving us a nice pat on the back for all our effort..the time spent, the long hours, the backaches, the minor disagreements, the blisters, bucket loads of perspiration and the lack of sleep..for them all. It paid off guys!! This event definitely brought YLM closer together..and it also kinda got our families involved! Many thanks to all our folks who bought the cookies to show support and to Pam's parents espescially..for lending us their oven (and home) over the last few days..not forgetting Cheryl's folks..for their home & oven too :D All in all, we did well guys! Its beautiful to know that great things happen when great pple work together! :D
